• Remove tiles from wall or floor• Basic repair patch to surface as appropriate prior to tiling• N.B. Additional charges will be made if an area requires repairs with plasterboard and skimming, or where plastering to a decorative finish is required, subject to survey.• Additional charges will be made if concrete floor requires levelling/skimming subject to survey.
