• Cut back pipe work to point of entry to room• Re-pipe toilet/bidet water supply upto 1 metre• Supply and fit new Pan connector• Securing/fixing toilet/bidet to floor• Securing cistern to wall where necessary• Connection to taps, waste, soil pipe, inlet / outlet pipes • Thermostatic valve to be used where necessary• Fit isolation valves and/or non-return valves where required• Re-affix bonding if required• Electrical Certificate maybe required• This is a Building Regulation and Legal RequirementN.B. If no bonding present or additional bonding required, extra cost applicable subject to survey Alterations to internal or external soil pipe will incur extra costs subject to survey.
